E-Commerce Manager

I am Russell Williams the E-Commerce Manager for ERIKS UK & Ireland. I have been working at ERIKS for 18 years and held various positions within a number of departments. ERIKS has given me the opportunity to enhance my skill set through work opportunities and training courses. I am now a qualified Prince2 practitioner and achieved my diploma for ILM Level 5, all funded by ERIKS.

My current role involves working closely with our customers to implement enhanced purchasing processes, saving time, money and paperwork. This involves a lot of travelling and presentations to senior management at some of our large customers. The diversity of my role keeps me interested and I along with the ERIKS board understand the importance of offering and enhancing our E-commerce solutions with both customers and suppliers.

In my spare time I love to play football and snooker. I enjoy spending time with my little girl and look forward to welcoming a new baby to my family in 2018.

I have a 1st Dan black belt in karate and can speak Czech at an efficient level.
