I joined ERIKS in 1999 and have over 35 years’ experience in the pump industry. Originally from a service/repair background I have worked in many roles and environments, both in the UK and overseas.

My key formative experiences have been working as site labour on drilling rigs, workshop technician, workshop/service management, project management, consultancy, through to business development and into general management – each having its own challenges!

Since joining the company we have established ERIKS to become one of the key players in the industrial pump market through totally organic growth. I am proud to have sat on the Pump Centre Council for nearly 18 years and put my energy into promoting engineering best practice.

My ethos is teamwork and supporting one another to achieve the best outcomes for business and personal development.

Outside of work I enjoy the countryside and have a keen interest in wildlife conservation. I enjoy motorbikes, kayaking and more recently am an avid convert to football!
