Anti-bribery and Corruption

ERIKS Industrial Services (Irl) Limited ("ERIKS Ireland") is committed to applying the highest standards of ethical conduct and integrity in its business.

Every employee and individual acting on ERIKS Ireland's behalf is responsible for conducting company business honestly and professionally. We consider that all other forms of corruption have a detrimental impact on business by undermining good governance and distorting free markets. We benefit from carrying out business in a transparent and ethical way and by helping to ensure that there is honest, open and fair competition in our sectors. Where there is a level playing field, ERIKS Ireland can lead the market through innovation and by delivering excellent services and products to its customers.

We do not tolerate any form of corruption by, or of, our employees or any persons or companies acting for or on our behalf. The Board and senior management are committed to implementing and enforcing effective systems to prevent, monitor and eliminate all forms of corruption, in accordance with the Criminal Justice (Corruption Offences) Act 2018.

ERIKS Ireland has issued an Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy (the "Policy"). Our Policy applies to all employees and other "Relevant Persons" as defined in our Policy and they are required to familiarise themselves and comply with our Policy. Employees and others acting for or on behalf of ERIKS Ireland are strictly prohibited from making, soliciting or receiving any unauthorised payments or engaging in other acts of corruption.

As part of its anti-corruption measures, ERIKS Ireland is committed to engage only in transparent, proportionate, reasonable and bona fide hospitality and promotional expenditure. A breach of our Policy by an employee or other Relevant Person will be treated as grounds for disciplinary action, which may result in a finding of gross misconduct and summary dismissal. Employees and other Relevant Persons acting for ERIKS Ireland should note that corruption is a criminal offence that may result in imprisonment and/or an unlimited fine for the Relevant Person and/or an unlimited fine for ERIKS Ireland.
